Tip 1: Remember why you are starting yoga🤔

It would be good to remember why you decided to start practicing yoga. Is it exercise in your life?

Increase body flexibility? or to improve health. Maybe you're looking for tools to calm your stress and overworked mind.

Tip 2: Find a class and teacher you like 🧑‍🦱 🙋 🧝🤸

This is one of the most important things that will help you stay motivated in your yoga practice. It also helps a lot to get to know the teacher and his teaching method, which style of yoga he lifts.

Tip 3: Know what to prepare before class 🤳🥗
