- "Yoga is just stretching" - Yoga is a full body and mind exercise, where movement, breathing and mindfulness exercises are combined.
- "Yoga is only for spiritual people" - Yoga will meet you where you are... it doesn't matter if it is fitness, relaxation, mindfulness or spirituality.
- "You need an expensive excuse to start practicing" - All you need is your body and the desire to try! A yoga mat would be nice too.
- "You have to practice for a long time" - just 5-10 minutes a day in a yoga class will give you great benefits throughout the day. Discipline is important in all this.
